Liqui-Moly has always made excellent oils, I've used the I'm my MB and use them on my Subaru. On my Lexus I stick with Toyota as it's made by Mobil1 and to me also satisfactory.
11% NOACK loss is sort of a middling result and I thought it had to be 10% or under for MB 229.5?
1-1.6% is high ash, but you get a very robust TBN with that. I would not be comfortable using thing in my DIT engine, but I'm sure it's fine for many applications.
LM makes good oils, but now that I see the NOACK, I'd probably pass on it. My guess is that this may be a slight formulation change of their standard fully synthetic (part # lm2041). So, this doesn't seem revolutionary if that's what you're after.
