This filter was used on a 2002 Ford Windstar for 1,800 miles over the course of one year. I tried doing a cutaway view, but it didn't really work out. When I attempted to rotate the filter and spring, I ended up tearing the filter media and denting the spring. I couldn't get all the views that I wanted, but here it is anyway...

All the damage to the filter was caused by me.

Pretty neat - but be real careful with all the extra cutting (hand injury) that is similar to the CAD from the vendors ...

Yes. It should look new after so little use. Didn't know they use the "cardboard" ends on spin-on Tough Guards. (My Chinese-made cartridge TG uses orange plastic end caps.)
