I like sleepers. Hence why the Jeep is about 2 weeks away from heads/cam/exhaust/tune (with supporting parts, such as ported TB, of course), and a shift kit for the tranny.

Used to be headwork, cams, better carbs, better ignition, headers, etc

Now its computer tune, headers and quietish exhaust. At $4.00 a gallon I don't need quite as much performance as I used to,

I like Q ships, bi turbo V12 Mercedes or really fast wagons.

I prefer cars that have effortless power, no fan fare, just stomp on it and watch the view out the window go into fast forward.

Its also a lot of fun to think your only doing 70 and to glance down as the speedo passes 110! Not good for your license though...

just got my 2001 dakota v-6 ,back from the shop. they put a 4.1 gear and dana/spicer locker 84852 in. seams to be about what i thought it would be. have only drove it 5 miles, but it will be just what i want. iam not needing lots of performance

I like everything. But by far I enjoy assembling engines. My Z has a forged Cola crank, forged Manley h-beam rods, Wiesco forged pistons .030 larger, 226/234 cam, Elliot Portworks LE2 heads and intake, Trickflow push rods, 1.7 roller rockers and lifters. 58mm throttle body, LS1 ignition, pcm and lid swap. Kooks long tubes, off-road y pipe, electric cut out and Magnaflow catback. Tranny has been gone through as has the clutch and brakes. Stock rear hasn't imploded yet.

I like tuning as well. She eats Terminators.

I should be fair and boost it. hehe.

The 10 bolt is not even making any noise yet, even with all of that torque (and grip from sticky DRs/slicks) blasting through it?!

Are they the actual original factory 3.42s, or were they changed out for 3.73s/4.10s??

She's making a little noise, I don't drive the pee pee out of her often. I have the 3.42s, maybe the tall gears have saved it.
