I deal with a similar situation in my neighborhood. this lady walks her dog off a leash (against the law) every morning. It's a nice but very playful and energetic lab. It runs through every persons yard, takes a [censored] in my yard (and everyone elses) at least once a week, and comes barreling at me if I'm in my yard. I told the lady nicely several times I don't appreciate here dog [censored] in my yard and she basically said, oh sorry, just deal with it, it isn't hurting anything. I called animal control and the police and filed a complaint and that's the best they can do. SO, after talking with a few neighbors, we fought back and everytime the dog [censored] in someone's yard, we promptly remove said [censored] and give it back to it's rightful owner, as in throwing it via shovel into her driveway. It's gone as far as her husband threatening to kick my a$$ and yadda yadda yadda. I laughed and pulled out my phone which recorded the entire confrontation. It's died down now and the lady has miraculously started walking the dog on a leash. Some people are just absolute [censored]; what she was doing was essentially using her dog to mark her (the woman's) "territory". I swear to god, that's how pathological some of these dog owners are.
