Off of a 2019 Toyota Camry with 14k. Unknown oil also. Girlfriends co worker I just bought the vehicle. I put a Auto Extra 618-10332 filter on and M1 0w20 AFE.

Made in USA and date code is 061517 E1 and time is 07:35

They are - and I’d have bet money that PRV style was better quality - but it was the leaker on the bubble test …

FWIW, when the parents owned a business next to a parts house, I got Wix filters(pre-Affinia/M+H) at a discount. I ran a Nissan Quest up until 240K on mostly Wix air and oil filters.
