Windows 2000 AD -> Windows 2003 R2 AD

Of course, with any computer questions I always to go BITOG first!


One of the sites I just inherited has a Windows 2000 domain controller (only AD server for the domain). I want to add an additional domain controller using Windows 2003 R2. Are the any caveats I should know about when running dcpromo on the 2003 R2 box?

dcprep and follow all warnings by MS. Been so long, forgot how to upgrade 2000 lol

Ran dcpromo on the 2003 server, installed DNS and WINS....NO ERRORS in the directory services event log!
