Will I make it?

Not sure why not. It is still a 30w viscosity at operating temps. Doesn't matter if it is a 0w30, 5w30, 10w30, or this 15w30. The engine in my 2006 Caddy calls for a 5w30, but I run a 10w30 in it with no problem year round. I have a morass of timing chains on that 3.6L OHC V6 engine and VVT to boot.

Yeah for 'Straya 15w30 is water, Penrite 50w70 is the real deal !!!

Lol, not quite! But I'd think the most commonly used grades here would be 10w40, 15w40 and 20w50...even in vehicles which are spec'd for Xw20 in the US. Not starting a thin v thick debate, but I can assure you those vehicles run forever on the 40 or 50 weight stuff.

The fact that it's not SN rated would be enough for me to drain it and refill it with the right stuff. There's no need to run an oil that thick in any modern gas engine anyways. Stick with a quality 5W-20 year round and sleep easy. New oils are packed with stout friction modifiers to keep all moving parts equally lubricated and cool even under the most stressful driving conditions. Thicker oils are no longer necessary to protect an engine in high heat/high stress driving situations.

This oil has only been out for a couple years. It is one of those "new oils."

If not for the ZDDP it would probably be rated SN anyway. Since this engine doesn't burn much oil I'm not worried about such things.

Yesterday I filled the F150 with super thick, not in owners manual, not SN, Delo SD 15w30. What are my odds of making it to next oil change? Will oil make it to the cams when the temps dip to 45F?

About 1/2 the time, I'm in group two. So I say run what makes you happy. Delo SD is cool oil. Run it and have fun poking eyes as you go
