Do this?

Link to AutoTrader. Dubs, a horrible body kit on a 1999 Durango. I always like to peak around at used car prices and see whats out there and came across this.(in NJ).

'Cause its BLINGIN' Yo!

Don't ya want to cruise in sty-le to pick up yo peeps in da HOOD?

Peace out!

What`s funny is that they think it looks good, but in reality everyone`s pointing and laughing at them haha!

I would never buy a car that had been heavily modified...seen too many of them leaking fluids, burning oil, etc...

It's clear that the owners valued bling and flash over the basic value of maintenance. This example reinforces that perception...new motor and trans at 150,000 miles? A Durango's motor and trans should have lasted far longer with even minimal maintenance...now, after investing thousands in bodywork, paint and TVs...he's going to get, what, $2,500 for it? What a way to throw your money away!

Clearly, not a BITOGer...

Some people have no sense of style. They wear their pants below their bohunkus, their caps turned around at a weird angle, and drive vehicles like this.

Why do people... not put a complete thought in the post title and instead force you to open the thread to find out what it's about.

More irritating than bad body kits.

SUVs that look like that are way too common around here due to demographics. There is one Nissan Xterra in the area with a massive body kit with all kinds of road rash, and the stock steel wheels. It looks absolutely ridiculous with the little wheels and tires tucked under the absurd body kit.

Auto Zone's stick on fender vent and sticker sales are booming.

How to make your Camaro resemble a Conestoga wagon.

But the big thing in FtWorth seems to be Crown Victorias on 28" wheels. And I know they are 28s because of the stickers indicating it.

All these rust free Crown Vics with jacked up suspensions (literally and figuratively) might cause a few BITOG members to go postal so I won't post those pics

I've run across a few bad apples on Auto-trader and I always ask myself "what were they thinking?". Painted teal flames on a 02 Impala with Chrome spinners.

I generally check Auto trader every so often to see what prices are like and if there are any potentially good finds. Thinking about picking up a low cost well maintained vehicle for when my lease is up(long ways to go) but could be worth it.
