You want him to be in #7 total submission.
I'm not a dog expert by any means, but I grew up with dogs and this is exactly the behavior puppies and females showed to the pack leader, so TaterandNoodles' advice is spot on.
It was actually fun watching small puppies play with the dominant male. They would jump on him and whatnot, but the moment they pushed too far, the male would immediately jump on them with the teeth exposed, puppies would go belly up in a split second and play time was over.
You can pee on this dog all you want, if it does not want to go into the submissive position (belly up), it will not regard you as a pack leader, but as a rival to that position.
