Who changes there oil after a bottle of techron etc?

I got some specifically because of the GM fuel gauge issue on my 1999 Alero (if I let it get below 1/4 tank gauge can literally go anywhere).

A common issue in GM vehicles (presumably around the time frame where my vehicle was made), is a malfunctioning fuel gauge due to sulfur contamination in the fuel tank affecting the sending unit's electrical contacts. Adding Chevron Techron fuel additive can help dissolve these deposits and restore the gauge's functionality.
I think there is a TSB somwhere that says to try a double dose of Techron.

And if I didn't have to drop the tank to get to the fuel sending unit, I would try mechanically cleaning it.

Chevron Techron fuel additive is worth a try. It has worked for me more than once.
Never changed the oil after using it. 20 plus years of use, no engine issues, ever.
