Which engine oil is better?

Hello everyone! I would like everyone opinion as to which is a better oil between these two. The vehicle is a 1994 landcruiser 1HZ indirect injection NA diesel. Both oils are 15W-40 CI4 rated mineral diesel engine oil. The Castrol Vecton has ash content of 1.5% while the Turbomax at 1.29%, which is oddly low for CI4 rated oil imo.
Is lower ash better for the engine longetivity? This engine does not have any emission system such as DPF etc. The diesel fuel used is Euro 5 standard which has 10ppm sulfur content. I have attached both engine oils data sheet below for your viewing.

I would greatly appreciate any input on this. Thanks!

Emissions is no problem so high saps isn't an issue. If they cost about the same I'd get vectron. If turbomax is notably cheaper that would be my pick as both are very good and you can't go wrong with either. Does your engine consume oil?

Thanks for the reply. No my engine does not consume oil. Will the high saps cause more wear in the engine such as deposit buildup etc in the long run?

Nope. Higher saps is generally preferred but isn't safe in some cases. For this old diesel that doesn't burn there's no harm.

Can someone aware me on what saps stands for? That’s a newer acronym I’m unfamiliar with

I’ve used the turbomax plus (ck4 rated) for this fill on a ford endeavour (aka ranger with a 7 seater suv body) with the 3.2 duratorq / power stroke. Liked it so much that I picked it up again for my next fill.

I'd get the vectron as it lists Jaso dh1 as a spec it complies with. I expect the 1hz would list that as a requirement as an old indirect injection Japanese diesel.
