Yeah, I understand they are available at some auto parts stores, but I would prefer not to pay through the nose if possible. Last night, just for kicks, I asked at my friendly neighborhood CarQuest what their equivalent was to the FL1A and their price was $15 and change for the CarQuest blue! Seems a bit steep. I've got an old diesel engine that takes the equivalent of the FL1A and I was using Motorcrafts on it, plus I used to use the FL820S on my Grand Marquis. I may have to consider switching to something else.
