What's up with Pennzoil Ultra?

I haven't seen it for a long time, either. I used to see it at a couple WMs, but that didn't last. I never saw it at CT. If you're willing to pay good money for it, NAPA might be able to help you, or a SOPUS distributor or Flying J. Someone up here had mentioned (Clevy, I believe) he had seen some PU at a Shell gas station. I'd be afraid to see the price, though.
