I just noticed they are not listed as sponsors, failed to deliver my last order (almost three months now), and stopped responding to emails.

Any ideas?

Have you emailed or called them to check the status of your order? I have been very impressed with LCD especially since I know it is not a large scale company(Last I heard, employee count consisted of two men.) If you have not contacted them yet, please give them the benefit of the doubt until you do.

Since LCD has a history of good customer service, they may not even be aware that you failed to receive your order.(Maybe FedEx lost the shipment?)

Whoops, I just saw that you said they stopped responding to emails. I know software designed to stop spam has kept important emails from getting through. Have you checked you email settings?

No, I actually called them twice after the first month. Both times (I believe I spoke to each of them one) they said it would be sent out right away, but never received.

Definitely check this.

I might also add that it seems AOL (and possibly others) may have a "de-spaminator" in place that will block perfectly legit e-mails. I have one e-mail address that always gets blocked when I e-mail my brother (he's the one w/AOL) and he cannot unblock it no matter how hard he tries- go figure.

Glad I have more than one e-mail address...

I'm sorry that happened. I've been fortunate to have no issues when ordering from LubeControl. I recently bought a couple of gallons of FP3000, which came very quickly.

I think the banner only shows up when you are browsing the additives section.

I'd check your spam filter as others have suggested. Gmail used to block blackstone labs.

I've placed 4 orders with them and never had one problem. Sorry you are having difficulty.

It's not anti-spam. They replied twice, then stopped. I used a generic, broadband wireless ISP that adds nothing to my emails. I even sent them an iquiry through here (BITOG), no response.

They've been great to me. I sent them an email asking when my product would be shipped out, they sent me back an email with tracking info about two hours later... all this only two days after I ordered.

No issues here.

I have had no issues ordering from them at all. In fact, they are one of the quickest companies I have bought online from. 3-5 days and I have my order.

I had similar issues with them and they finally got my order out to me and refunded me my money. I gave them the benifit and have ordered twice more and received it with in 2 days so the only thing that I can say and keep at and don't give up.

Well, after three months enough is enough. I finally gave up and refunded myself with a credit card chargeback.

okiedokie............we received your PM via this website, but when I try to reply I get this message:

We cannot proceed.

Please use your back button to return to the previous page.

I think it also said you were not accepting private messages.

We return all emails. We return all phone calls. We left you voice mails as well.

By the way FedEx Tracking shows it was delivered today. 483465210021594

On this particular package we had your email address entered to send an email the day it was shipped from FedEx.

We apologize for any miscommunication, but we are always 100% committed to making things right if an order gets damaged, misrouted, or simply misplaced.
