Most important:

50 Mg. Zinc a day.

Why?

I used to get a cold/flu twice a year, every year.

16 years ago I started taking the Zinc and I have not gotten a cold or flu... not even once!!

So, there you go, tip of the year, everyone!

and I bet you still have heartburn.
Don't let doctors wreck your health.I was prescribed prilosec years ago by a doc friend of mine.I had a suspected ulcer among other things too. I adjusted my diet a bit and whenever I get a bit of heartburn I take a tablespoon or 2 of organic apple cider vinegar.
Never took the drugs and hardly ever get heartburn anymore. When I do the vinegar is close by and it works immediately.

2 kiddie multivitamins. They're gummy bear shaped. The full-strength multivitamins are not tolerated well by my body.

Because I don't like vegetables, I make sure to take a multivitamin every morning. Right now I'm taking Jamieson's Super Vitavim, but I change it up every once in a while too. I've been taking a multivitamin every morning for almost 20 years now. I also started taking 1000mg of vitamin D and 500mg of vitamin C a few years ago as well.

1 Multivitamin, 1000MG of Vitamin C, B-Complex and Fish Oil when I remember to take them all. Usually do good for a week or two and then forget. Reminds me, I got to start taking them again!

I don't take any. I gave them all up, and threw them all away. I believe strongly in getting everything from organic whole foods & herbs. Pill popping is not the way to health, as a matter of fact, it creates imbalances.

None whatsoever. I eat a balanced diet of quality food, and I don't need to buy into the whole vitamin/supplement myth. Toss in a dose of staying in shape and exercising every day; I'm not sure I could feel any better than I do now.

I also take no supplements. I try and have at least one meal of mostly veggies each day and eat a lot of garlic and onions.

If you eat a balanced diet, using multi-vitamins and lots of supplements can do more harm then good because you can get too much of certain vitamins like vitamin A.

Taking calcium, magnesium, and other man made minerals from crushed rocks & shells actually can do a lot more harm than good and may deposit in places you wished they hadn't.

I take an adult multi vitamin( Sam's Club version )for general purposes.

I have Multiple Sclerosis so for that I have to take specific vitamins for specific reasons.

To help combat the effects of MS:
Vitamin D3 = 15,000 IU p/day

To help deal with the severe migraines due to the MS:
Vitamin B2 = 300 MG p/day
Magnesium = 450 MG p/day

I like and take supplements often. But I avoid regimens, or in other words, I don't take them every day. Call me crazy, but I try to get in tune with what my body is feeling, and take those things that I feel I need. It's not an exact science, obviously. But I think the benefits are had, without creating imbalances this way.

I have a "wellness formula" multi-vitamin that rocks... way better than the others I've tried. I need to go look at the manufacturer.

Multi-Vitamin and Fish Oil.

Then Pills for high blood pressure, bills for diabetes, pills for gout, pills for water retension, pills to enable me to pee, Pills for pain, shots for diabetes, pills for acid reflux, hey, I'm a walking Walgreens.

depending on how my body feels? Heck, most of the time there is no feeling.
