It's a MF35 with a 4 cylinder Continental gas engine. It has old style flat tappets, so I have to keep the camshaft from wiping out.

That engine does not have enough spring pressure to wipe the cam
Agree with Rand - cheapest 15w40 HDEO you can find.
I use Rotella Triple T 15w40 in my '47 Farmall

Our fleet includes farmall I-H tractors, 300, H, M, super H, super M, 560 diesel.
all gassers get pyb. the diesel is a shed queen (10hrs/5yrs). I have not a clue what the diesel has in it. it been a idle piece since grampa died.
the 560 will get 15w40 pennzoil long life, if i can't get pennzoil ll in 30/40 wieght.

You're not going to find much of anything in a Canadian Walmart at $10.95 a gallon, particularly an HDEO, and ours, unfortunately, do not sell Delo. I'd suggest he try CT right now, which actually is having a decent sale on Rotella 15w40 in 5 gallon pails.

You're not going to find much of anything in a Canadian Walmart at $10.95 a gallon, particularly an HDEO, and ours, unfortunately, do not sell Delo. I'd suggest he try CT right now, which actually is having a decent sale on Rotella 15w40 in 5 gallon pails.

Fortunately, Rotella is one thing CT seems to be capable of keeping in stock, particularly in the pails!
