About twenty years ago I used to find a citrus soda called Wink in Missouri. I'm not sure how wide their distribution area was but I know it was available as far as OKC. I haven't seen it in a long time.

Hey, wadda know, it's on wikipedia! I guess it's owned by Canada Dry but apparently almost none of their bottlers actually sell it.

It isn't listed on the

http://www.drpeppersnapplegroup.com/brands/

website, which also owns Canada Dry.

While you are there, check out the old brands that have been swallowed by the drpeppersnapple group

Wink is a great soda. My late Grandfather always had a stash of Moxie and Wink. Good Memories.

Yes I'm being sarcastic here... but take me (way) back for a genuine Vernor's.

A rarified treat before brominated vegetable oil, HFCS, "natural" flavors and artificial colors became the mark of a technocratic refreshment.

I really have to second THAT! There has been very litle, if anything, that has ever rivalled the grape sodas I had as a kid. I've tasted a few imitators over the years, but they aren't even in the same league...
