Yes, there is a special ATF for electric cars

ACDelco part number 10-4121, GM part number 19369363

On the back, it says to only use with the Volt, Bolt, Spark EV, and CT6 PHEV. The only pictures I could find of the back label are on ebay

My guess is it's been formulated for enhanced copper corrosion resistance like Allison TES-468.
