Maybe Mother's FX Spray wax, or Turtles wet/dry spray wax. I opt to keep my vehicles nice and well waxed, whenever, we have a moment from wet snow. Basically, when it is just very frigid, but dry. Something that would spray on, and blend into the paint quickly without becoming frozen or turning into ice. Thanks in advance!

Mothers FX Spray wax is a nice spray wax. Mothers Reflections Spray Wax has a bit more durability. I am sure the Duragloss fans will chime in with Aquawash.

I use Griot's Spray on Wax to keep my vehicles protection up between real waxings and it does nice. Just spray it on the car while wet and dry off. For over the counter, the eagle one wax as you dry does the same thing and about as good, too.

If you actually want a wax (carnauba) then Optimum Spray Wax is the way to go and can be used anytime. If you want a sealant then Duragloss Aquawax tops the spray sealants. About twice a month is maximum use.

This is something I've been giving some thought to myself. Overall I like lucas slick mist as a spray wax, and TW Ice QD as a QD spray.

I wonder though if TW ICE liquid polish will freeze or stay liquid? Because if it stays liquid it could be the real solution to applying wax in cold weather.

We have a local shopping mall with an underground garage, so that provides a nice enclosed, space for winter car care. Just that the car gets filthy as you drive there.

No water-based spray wax is going to work well on a cold surface. If you can get the car indoors out of the cold, and let the surface temp rise a bit, the waxes will work fine.

For a store bought wax, I like Mothers FX. It goes on like a QD, doesn't leave white spatter spots, and looks nice and glossy.

I have used Duragloss products, all of which are excellent products, but yes anything that isn't water based. Mother's FX is a cool product, As is the Turtlewax dry/wet wax.

i use this

Works really well as a quick detailer to, helps remove dust while it will wax your finish.

They sell 16oz size or you could buy a gallon

+1

Meguiars (UQW)Ultimate Quik Wax is what I use and recommend, and use (UQD)Ultimate Quik Detailer inbetween to maintain the shine and protection.

I have good results with "1-Step Wax 'n Dry" from Turtle Wax. Bought on sale cheap $4/bottle, was skeptical, but surprised on how well it works in between "real" wax jobs.

Do you apply to a wet car or a dry car?

I always use Eagle One Nano Wax. I wash/dry my car, then spray and wipe off. My car`s 13 year old paint looks and feels showroom new!

Wet. After I wash the car, a few sprays on each panel before I dry with a Absorber cloth.
