More capacity.
lol

I have a 15 gallon Brute walmart special.

Works pretty good however it hates cold weather. I've gotten quite a bit of use out of it without any issues and have changed the oil on it once.

I bought from Home Depot, a DeVilbis, 5.5 HP/20 gal tank(vertical). Included with the compressor was a nice carrying case of air tools(impact gun & ratchet w/sockets). The air tool suck but the sockets are good. Probably paid a little too much($299.00)about 13-14 years ago but it has certainly paid for itself.

My impact gun is a Chicago twin hammer with 500 lb.ft and 600 lb.ft. max. I have a second impact gun that I bought at Harbor Freight on sale for $69 bucks. It's an (((EARTH QUAKE)))...Not bad! We didn't always have a Harbor Freight in my area. Love HF!

Had a Craftsman Horizontal compressor before that but the motor just stopped one day. I like the vertical better as it takes up less space. Finished using up the air in the Craftsman tank on the car tires and junked the thing. It was old!

Oil less compressors run too loud for my liking. If you can swing 240V, that is the way to go.

I bought my compressor at the local farm store, Tractor Supply. The circuit breaker tripping has been minimized by the use of synthetic sump oil. That has helped cold starts a LOT.

Craftsman 13 gallon oil free. Noisy as all heck, but it works. Spray painting, some light grinding, impact wrench, and recharging the portable air tank mostly. I was pleased that Sears kept up with me and let me know a couple months ago that this 8 year old compressor had a recall, so they replaced the motor for free.
