Went to the Snohomish Bakery for lunch and had the chef's salad because that was the only thing in the menu that wasn't mostly potatoes and bread. Gonna go home and have a snack.

French toast made with Easter bread my Greek neighbor hustles me to buy every year.. She lives a few blocks away I bought a loaf years ago at a farmers market stand she owns. Ever since she drives by slow waiting to catch me outside my house to hustle me for a Easter bread order . Wife is getting ready to make a pot of sauce for Easter lasagna

Gosh where to start with you guys?
I had Congee with Pork every morning for breakfast when I worked in Thailand. Soft-boiled Egg on top. Filling and delish.
But Tilapia? They "farm" it by putting them in net fencing in the "pure clear waters" of the Mekong River. Have you ever seen the Mekong River? Competitive with Hong Kong Harbor.
"Pure clean waters of the Mekong River" is in the adds for Mekong Whiskey too. Pure lie and pure rotgut!

For lunch today, I made a Mediterranean inspired stir-fry with chicken, brussel sprouts, asparagus, onion, zucchini, and sweet peppers on a bed of rice and topped with feta cheese and balsamic glaze. I seasoned and cooked it with salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar.

Arugula salad with additives, seared albacore tuna loin over cabbage and greens.

Eggs, mushrooms and spinach poached in a mix of fresh tomatoes and marinara sauce... with a half dozen herbs and spice.

Black coffee from yesterday. The weather was very nice, 79°f sunny and a light breeze.
Broke my fast with kippers and “superfood slaw” mix.
