What are you eating right now?

55 is a younyoung man now days should be focused on building as much lean muscle as you can and improving balance.
I was building a little bit of muscle for a few years, as I was going to the gym almost every single morning for 8 years, and then Covid hit and when the gym re opened I got divorced and moved to another town. Going to the gym isn’t something I am really interested in getting back into again though. With all of the walking that I do I have quite a bit of muscle in my legs, I’ve always had muscular legs ever since the 80s when I raced BMX and rode my bike everywhere I went.
I do have a 30 pound dumbbell that I occasionally use, maybe I should start using it more frequently

Just had Raisin Bran Crunch for breakfast. I have been hovering around 162-164 all summer but today I’m at a new low for the year. 161.3 pounds. I was 195.9 pounds at the beginning of 2025. My blood pressure is better than ever too, this morning it was 111/70, and that’s pretty typical of late. Not bad for a guy who is almost 56 🤓

Weather was 55°f and wind gusts of 30mph. About an hour before the photo there had been heavy rain.
The blobs on the rocks are pelicans, black swans, and gulls.
