I usually skip breakfast, unless I have a lunch meeting. Sometimes I skip lunch as well if I'm too busy so it becomes a 24 hour fast. How is the fasting thing? You following a plan to fast every so often? I have heard there are a bunch of ways people do it.
Is that something you have been into? Just started? Feel like saying what you think of it and how it is doing for you? I am
interested. Been losing weight (40# in 18mo) but real slow, shooting to drop maybe 20# more, so I am constantly looking for safe ways to attempt to speed it up without any drugs etc.... that it appears so many are pushing these days. Drug commercials on Tv 24x7 here.

Yes. I used to do that skip breakfast thing for a long time. I found for me it is good and works well if I change up every couple months to keep the body guessing and the metabolism going in the right direction. My goal is almost identical to yours. 200lbs for my 6ft frame. I still got a little ways to go. The great thing is I have things going in the right direction. I am planning to try my first fasting next week. Thanks for the tips on what you are doing.I usually skip breakfast, unless I have a lunch meeting. When I started skipping breakfast it was not easy. But once it became a habit then you don't even notice it. My goal is weight maintenance at around 195 lb.
Drugs usually have unpleasant side effects. GLP-s affect the pancreatic function and bone density, and probably cause malnutrition if the skin appearance is any indication. But under certain conditions it might be a reasonable trade-off.
