What are you eating right now?

"We" are having stew. Not I, not her but we. I have a couple bites and if I don't dig out a carrot or a piece of the meat to give it to her she starts to bark and then Mama hollers at me from the other room to share with her. She's kind of a diva.

Well I am TOTALLED if eggs are truly bad as some say. All my blood work numbers (last 3 times) are great which is still a surprise to me since I been eating eggs several times a week for a long time now. I do sometimes take out about 1/2 of the yolks before I cook them. Mostly scrambled or omelets with lots of chopped seasonings and red/black peppers. No salt. Not good for my BP.

If your cholesterol is high your body is making it. Very very little from diet of eggs meat etc
 
I would have thought someone would have noticed i dropped something i was putting on my eggs.
No cheese at breakfast or lunch I gave it the boot. Useless calories
Yeah cheese.

Salty and higher fat and naturally calories are elevated. Calorie dense.

Lower carbs, some protein and some calcium. Some cheeses have some good Vitamin K2.

Cheese needs to be looked at individually. Body type and cheese type.

I use it as a condiment mostly. Works for me. Tastes good, filling, but don't over do it.
