One nice things traveling to Western Washington is a tiny German restaurant. The cook)chef/owner is from Germany.

The basic salad with a dill dressing is as good as it gets.

Smoked ham & Colby Jack cheese with fresh firm tomato and lettuce on sweet Hawaiian bread. Rest of the tomato sliced and smothered in low fat cottage cheese and ground pepper. BBQ kettle chips on the side.
