Today is a sad day, it’s the very last day of summer drink days at McDonald’s so it’s my last chance to get $1 iced coffeeView attachment 298223
I will just start making my own coffee at home and then turning it into iced coffee. And I have saved up a lot of points for free ones from McDonald’s too. But it’s more the fact that summer is coming to an end that makes me sad. The mornings are colder already and the sun sets much earlier. And even here in Niagara Falls there are a lot less people now that it’s September 1st. Canadian schools open tomorrow so not many families are here with kids like there were in the past two monthsYou will be fine. You probably hoarded enough to last next season.![]()

No poverty there you fraud....lolJoining the poverty crew, I had a few cocktail frankfurts (with mustard and tomato sauce) on salad greens for lunch yesterday.
They were on special for USD 40¢/lb and I knew my wife would want Indian takeaway for dinner which ended up costing USD $29.

My mom's head would explode reading that, LOL. We weren't allowed to not like what was cooked for dinner. My girlfriends teenagers are such picky eaters that she needs to make a lot of different things so tonight I ended up having a burger from the bBQ, ravioli in rosee sauce, chicken fries, and Mac and cheese balls.
We were allowed to not like the meal, but we had to eat it without complaining. My mom's head would explode reading that, LOL. We weren't allowed to not like what was cooked for dinner.
Was it the tomato sauce or salad greens that lifted my lunch above the poverty line?No poverty there you fraud....lol

Lunch was about $2 and has enough ingredients to portion into 5 meals. The dinner was portioned into 5 meals and with salad added will be under $6 per meal. That’s 10 meals for $32.The total cost....
