Coffee cacao half-half
Mountain High plain whole milk yogurt with frozen blueberries. The wife is in the kitchen making pancakes and I'm not sure on going to be able to resist.
I have one of these for lunch every day along with a few ounces of whatever meat is available. Today, there were two small chicken tenders in the fridge that my son did not finish. I warmed them up in the air fryer and took small bites of them along with the salad. The salad is mixed greens and spinach, red onions, green onion, carrots, mushroom, sometimes tomato (we didn't have any today), and I only use extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing. The chicken actually tasted good dipped in the oil and vinegar at the bottom of the bowl.
I started this diet a few months back when my doctor recommended "eating healthier" after some bloodwork results. I already eat very healthy, so I thought a massive salad with olive oil and balsamic sounded about as healthy as it could get. I actually ended up really enjoying it and look forward to eating it each day.

I took my girlfriend out to lunch at one of the Niagara wineries, it’s a nice farmhouse type of place. I had a Reuben and she had Brie with crackers and arancini
Wondering what pterostylis has been eating. Haven’t saw him lately. If I had $2 I’d grab a granola slice
Had one of AMs favourites for dinner last night, chicken tenders. But they were real chicken coated in bread crumbs and served with salad greens instead of reformed fake chicken.
It should be free granola slice day today.
Good to hear sir. Do you drink coffee at home? How’s weather been down there? We have saw low/mid 40’s here. But 70’s during peak daylight.

I didn’t get any pictures but my girlfriend and I had dinner at the boat club with my ex wife and her husband, they BBQd some really tasty burgers that they got from Costco. It was a fun night, before dinner we had a nice boat ride on the Niagara River going past Fort Niagara and a little bit into Lake Ontario.
I have one cup of French press coffee at home. Weather has been pretty stormy the past few days but is nice today, rain likely later though. It’s currently 58°f with 10mph winds. The sky is much greyer in the distance than the picture indicates.
