I have lost track on the number of meals today

I finally stopped eating, I finished off with a banana and a fresh Niagara peach. I will likely have little to no tours after December 1st but I won’t have to adjust my eating. I first started doing my 16-17 hour fasts this year on January 1, and I lost most of my weight from January to April. I didn’t even start doing my Niagara Falls tours until the second week of May. So as long as I’m back doing 16-17 hour fasts I should easily be able to eat the same amount and still maintain my weight where I want it
