What are you eating right now?

Did the Doctor recommend what your diet should look like.
Of course previously diabetic diet

All this one says, and I quote:

"Recommend: closely monitor intake of refined sugar/simple carbohydrates (Ex: bread, pastas, rice, tortillas, naan, chips, baked goods, soda, candy) and increase intake of fiber (ex: vegetables, some fruits (emphasis on vegetables), whole grains, nuts.
Recommend: diet low in saturated fats (bacon/fatty meats, butter, dairy cream, fried foods) and high in fiber (vegetables, some fruits, whole grains); "

The worst thing you can do Pablo is get upset as that anxiety will make things worse.... worry is a killer in itself 🙏 🤲
Yeah Tuesday all day I was not happy. Yesterday I mellowed and back at it.

Pump class, followed by yoga class, starting in two weeks again. Back at it. Pickle ball up from 1 to 2-3 week. Hike today.

My diet has tightened to a 12noon-6pm eating window. That's it.

And I need to sleep better.

Sleep is a big deal it's been a problem for me for past 2to3 years many times not getting 5 hrs. I have been forcing myself to get in bed early i do I sleep good but just like that I feel I gotta get up .

People hate doing it but might be good for a few weeks just track that calorie number and what that daily protein number is daily.
 
I tried tracking my sleep with a Fitbit for a while. It always seemed to way underestimate the amount of sleep I got. If I went to bed at 10 and got up at 6, it would say I only got 7 hours of sleep even if I feel asleep easily and slept all night long.

Mine is a $40 Inspire 2 refurb. Not expecting perfection. It shows patterns. This week I have had 4 hrs twice, 5 once and 7 twice. The number one piece of info that I have found to be very accurate is my amount of deep sleep, seems to really reflect how I feel.
 
I’m lucky with regards to sleep, I really only need about 5 hours to function although most nights I end up getting 6-7 hours. I fall asleep within minutes of hitting the pillow, it drives my girlfriend crazy because she takes way longer to fall asleep. I have always been an early to bed early to rise person.
