The appetizers were meatballs in BBQ sauce, perogies with a bacon jam and beef skewers. So good!!

It’s true actually, the plastic knives had no trouble getting through this prime rib. The caterer for these parties always has top tier food. This is the type of food you would get at a fancy wedding. If it was being served indoors it would have had real cutlery for sure but for outdoor parties it’s harder to keep real cutlery from disappearing
