I’m full now lol. Getting ready to walk the dog and go to Walmart. I am excited for tomorrow because we are going to Rural King. I have to get dad a birthday present so I’m getting him a couple Carhartt shirts for his birthday Monday.
Watching The Money Guy guys talk with Erin Talks Money (youtuber's) about how x% won't ever retire. So far, nothing new yet, but wanted to see if I might learn something new. Have VGG cued up after that, and IDoCars's GTA is in there somewhere... but I'm hoping a blown up engine is still on the menu tonight. But looks like Dalton posted something about his Jaaaag too, so... we'll see.
Watched first episode of Wednesday this evening. It was ok, I wasn't quite in the mood for it.
Feeling sore, but happy. Figured out how to wiggle my bike into the car, finally. Hit the rail trail, went too far of course, but it was still a good 40 mile ride. Pushed too hard on the way home, and so the last 15 miles were more suffering than enjoyment, but eh, better than any day at work.
Got my favorite post ride snack, an ice cream sandwich, one of those Tollhouse affairs. Any other time, the sugar rush is a bit worrying--but after a 2-3 hour ride? perfection. Only thing is, I got robbed: thought it felt a bit thin, wasn't until I left the gas station that I found out: it was only one cookie! robbed of half the sandwich! Actually, I didn't mind the loss, an open faced ice cream sandwich was about the right amount I think, afterwards I didn't think I was missing that much. Followed up with homemade pizza. So all around, a good day.
Oh and found out that the wife gets a better 403b match than we thought. She puts in 4% and gets 6% match. I like that.

Need to take dog out but yet another odd thing about this creature - time here between 9-9:30PM she sleeps incredibly hard. I mean out. Almost impossible to wake. Never had a dog like this. Normally alert and active relatively quickly- like a good guard dog but this time period she is tired!

Everyone in my house got C. I'm feeling much better today than this time yesterday. My niece got it first and assumes she got it at work being a pharmacy tech and dealing with customers.

On a Sunday drive over in my work town the New River Valley area going to Rural King. I ran out of my current Speed Stick yesterday when the plastic piece at the bottom popped thru the deodorant so got up this morning and applied a fresh new gel deodorant called Right Guard Forest Spring and so far I can still smell it so it must be doing good lol. Glad to be off tomorrow for the holiday. Since I’m flat rate now I’ll be getting 10 hours of pay as that’s my average per day instead of 8 paid hours so that works out nice
