What's a scalp floor? It looks like it might have something to do with rice processing, but haven't heard that term before.

This is really weird! I stopped at a grocery store to pick up some things and that old Tiffany song from the 80s was playing on the speakers, “I Think We’re Alone Now”. Then I went into a completely different grocery store ten minutes later and the same song was playing there!! What are the odds?? 
It's the floor that holds our cleaners which are called scalperators or scalps for short. I was loading milled rice today so not a lot comes off mainly loose bran.
Thanks! So if I understand correctly, scalperators are the first step in milling grain.

I always liked that song, but I'm old. I forgot about the modern version! Her voice has ok pitch but no punch, no depth. But sexy enough.

Waiting on @TiGeo ... I have to install this NTK downstream oxygen sensor, siphon out as much oil as possible ( its what I do when I get around 5k miles, replace whatever I purged put and do a true oci with filter at 10-20k miles). Then add my last bottle of Liquimoly Ceratec. Hopefully by the time I get to this step he will be able to tell me what is the best way to shake the bottle, pour into the crankcase, and inform me of how much horsepower I will gain from this. Now that has me thinking

On my way home from wing night I took the long way home on my favorite curvy country roads. I was in the Vette of course. The windows were down, my favorite album playing on the stereo and the temperature was in the low 70s. I stopped to take a picture in a nice neighborhood that I would love to live in

Yes that's pretty much true at the grain dryer incoming green rice units. We don't handle green rice at our building. We are rough rice storage and we supply our mills. We also store rice from the Mill L Parboil mill unit. That's what we load out. We ship to the mills via a series of conveyors including 3 bridges going across the street.
My son manages one of Riceland's rice dryers about 40 miles south of here. We have about 35 satellite dryers.
I prefer to think of it as they play what the people with money like, lol

The houses in that neighborhood are not crazy expensive because of the area, if it was closer to Toronto it would be $4 million instead of low 2sIf you stopped eating you could afford all the houses in that neighborhood
