Avoiding the sun--I'm doing short 5 minute bursts, getting the last bits in--UV index is very high, and my one super power is that I can get a sunburn through SPF50.

My Buddy in TN drove to the ER a few weeks back with chest pain. EKG, CAT scan, blood tests etc.
There 6 hours sent home as fine...
