The cardiologist that I regularly saw left for another state. So I was assigned to another cardiologist. I got a bill in the mail for $500.00 for being a new patient. I called and complained. Told them I had been a patient there for several years. They tossed the bill in the trash. You have to stand up for what is right.

Many years ago I was covered by a HMO policy so I had to have a PCP assigned to me. Saw the guy once, and he left the practice so they assigned me to another doctor. Saw Doctor #2 once and he left the practice, so they assigned me a third doctor. Part of the letter informing me of this also said that if I try change doctors again, they'll drop me and I'll have to pick another group in the HMO plan.

I didn't bother calling them to inform them that *they* were changing doctors on me, I wasn't being fickle. I also saved them the trouble of dropping me and found a different group to go to. I still wonder what it was about me that scared off 2 doctors like that...

I fixed a hardly every used Toto toilet in my basement. It's 26 years old and just needed a flapper as the original was hard as a rock.
The original toilet paper was on the roll....lol

Got into my 20 year old Kenmore dryer. Never had a repair, needs a switch is all...

I'm loaded up with Lyme inflammation everywhere...it's fierce and the antibiotics do nothing.

I put myself on Monolaurin, Japanese Knotweed- Resveratrol, and Turmeric. Had great luck with this approach before.

Yep. We live pretty much at the epicenter of it all. I have had it along with my former dog. I know several people who have had it.

I had docs say it's all a scam... It can put you in a wheelchair....
It makes me sick all over and all large joints get hit hard....

I am waiting around for some self invited visitors to arrive. I am an amateur radio operator with a well equipped station, and an amateur radio operator I know wants to visit me and see my "radio shack". We are up on a mountain in southern Vermont, close to the Vermont Country Store, a local tourist trap.

I know a couple people who can barely walk from it. They got it years back when it was relatively unknown and left untreated.

My wife was a home health RN for a while. She remembers one case where a child was infected and it went to his brain, causing behavioral changes. She was regularly administering IV antibiotics to kill it off. I hope he made it out.
