Any dislikes or likes? Did you get what you ordered? How is the return policy? Any advice is helpful, this is my first time.

Amazon has a good rep on here.

I haven't ordered much from them, but when I have, the items have been as described and shipped quickly. Never had to return anything with them.

Other members have had good return/credit experiences with them.

I always prefer when its fulfilled by amazon
And not 3rd party

I'm prime member 2 days free unlimited sshipping

I love the service

I love amazon, their costumer service is the best! I have needed to return items before, all you do is google for their phone number and they are very helpful. They are very good for taking returns!

I order tons of stuff from Amazon all the time. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, except once when my package got lost (which was UPS's fault, not Amazon). They mailed out another one at no extra cost.

Amazon is excellent. Set up a complete account with all of your addresses and credit card information. Then you login and click a few times and zama the UPS guy shows up with your stuff.

I always go for free shipping.

Sold or fulfilled by Amazon is your best bet. Ordered numerous products and I have always been happy with the service. I have also had good luck price matching items when doing a live chat or over the phone.

I order things from Amazon all the time. On average once per week probably. Needless to say we make good use of our Prime membership. When it is sold by Amazon is preferred, but if it is just fulfilled by Amazon that is OK, too. I never buy anything that isn't shipped from Amazon's warehouse. Never had a problem with a return or anything.

I've never had any Issues with Amazon.

Once you get over the need to hold a product in your paws before purchase, and can over the instant satisfaction of product acquirement, it rules.

Not having to deal with merchants, clerks, women pushing shopping carts completely unaware of their surroundings, nimrods trying to park. fools trying to drive while texting..... priceless.

You can return stuff, but you get to pay the return shipping unless the item arrives broken or not-as-promised.

Try it. There's a reason Amazon is one of the biggest retailers in the world...they must be doing something right.

Prime purchases ( amazon themselves ) and fufilment through them are good, prices are good but the kicker is when you have prime with them...

they will pay return shipping if you say its defenctive no matter how big, or small a product is. I told em a TV i didnt want was missing cable and they paid for it to get picked up and shipped back and shipped to me 2 day for free...

you can also support diffrent causes thru amazon smile.

Amazon is great. I bought lots of stuff from them over the years. Never a problem that wasn't taken care of in minutes.
One of the best in customer service IMHO.

Not a single complaint and they go above and beyond when stuff screws up even out of their control. Eg I paid overnight shipping and shipper messed up not them so they refunded ship price + added 4 months to a prime member ship(cost $80/year to get no charge 2 day ship + free streaming).

My wife/I rarely now rarely travel to the store for many items and on average have 1-2 packages of something/week. I figure in fuel we are saving $80/year we definitely save 20+ gallons of gasoline beyond hassle and our time which is well worth that.

I see Amazon Canada is starting to expand their automotive offerings. Their prices on synthetics (including very prominently features RP) are fair. They're not going to clobber a Walmart rollback, but they are better than a Walmart regular price, and there's nothing wrong with that. Their conventional prices could use some work, though.

They do need to reorganize a bit. There are way too many items in their very inclusive "oil" section, including waterproof grease, Lucas stuff, brake fluid, and so forth. The American Amazon site is much more easy to navigate.

Amazon Prime. Free 2 day shipping. I find that getting things from Amazon saves me a ton of time, and the mileage on my cars. Easy return policy. Articles have always been exactly as described. Most of my Christmas shopping is done while I am away from home and have a web connection. Frankly, it's great.

Amazon is the absolute best. I have probably spent well over $10,000 easy with them the past years (lots of camera gear!).

Return policy is the best within the industry... Cross-shipping, refunding as soon as the return is scanned at the UPS drop-off, etc...

I am an Amazon Prime member (of course). I get the half-off student discount the past few years, so it is only like $39/yr. I would gladly pay the $89 or $99 for it yearly.
