My local Walmart looks to be getting a truckload shipment of oil.

Went back to Walmart to buy the newly arrived oil and they got a shipment of the new mobil1 extended performance x3 and no price hikes but no roll backs either. Got new Valvoline too.

They left the shelving instructions up so seems they still have to put up the rest of the shipments.

Was in our local tonight and the shelves were about as bare as the pictures above.

Guess I'll snag a few boxes of 5W30 next time they show up online or I see them in the store.

Mobil1 products were slim pickings. Other brands were stocked. I tried 2 different walmarts. Same story. Not sure why M1 products are harder to find now.

We had a great selection on Mobil1.
But that Castrol 0w-40 sale i heard about on here was nowhere to be seen.
But this is a small walmart relatively speaking.

very slim selection of motor oil at my east ky walmart yesterday. no motorcraft blend, no PP, no castrol edge no synthetic QS. only a few jugs of valvoline & mobil 1 but no 5w30 of any kind to be found. oil filter selection was just as bad. seems they only want to stock the fram filters. ive never used a fram. for many years ive always heard them called the orange can of death.

Across the country, and the world I suppose, supply chain logistics remain disrupted. Wal-Mart cannot help that.

I've noticed our Wal-Mart oil isle has been replenished roughly every 10 to 14 days in Alaska. Then, the isle was repeatedly drawn from in 2 to 5 days. You've got to show up right after restocking.

For oil and most other products, don't expect this to improve anytime soon. Regarding stock, perhaps a call ahead to the store will yield results?
