Does anybody know when Walmart might start carrying 0W20 5-Quart jugs in Pennzoil, Castrol, and/or Mobil 1?

They have Mobil 1 AFE in 5 quart jugs in some stores. Pennzoil and Castrol I doubt if it will be any time soon.
WM has M1 AFE 0W30 in 5 quart jugs, but not 0W20. Nobody knows if/when M1 0W20 will be available in 5 quart jug.
Pennzoil 0W20 is hard to find at local stores even in quart bottles. Castrol Edge 0W20 is available in quart bottles only.

Interesting... because the last time I looked, we now have a huge selection of 5w-20 in the 5-quart jugs. This is new. Previously we had only Motorcraft. But now just about every brand has 5w-20 right here in small-town Idaho.

Goodness people, the man is looking for 5 qt jugs of 0w20, not 5w20 and not 0w30. Also he's not looking for opinions on the 5w20 vs. 0w20 argument. Those are on plenty of other threads.
I know Amsoil and Red Line sell gallon jugs of their 0w20 on their web sites but I doubt we'd see anything like that at Walmarts.
For now, your best bet are oil change specials at the auto stores.

I would check several local Wal-Marts (presuming you have more than one). I have noticed that oil availability varies widely even from stores only a few miles from each other. I have found 0w-20 in one store and not in another, Havoline products in 5 quart jugs at one location and no Havoline at all in another...etc.
Ive been to several WM stores and have never seen any 0w oils in anything more than a 1qt. I hardly can find any 0w 1qts as is. Its either sold out or they are not restocking it. So annoying.

I understand where you are coming from...not trying to start a war. I only want to put in my vehicle what the toyota engineers reccomend. I don't want to deviate from it unless I absolutly need to. Thanks for your feedback...it is much appreciated.

i noticed today my wm has a little shelf in the corner with edge on it. i would have never found it but i was looking for washer fluid. what gives? its never gonna sell in a dark corner

Some Walmarts leave much to be desired in layout theyreally are all different.
i could get M1 15W-50 out here in 5 quart jugs, a fancy lookikng one too.
Of course i wouldnt put it in my car because i dont know what it would do, though it has good zddp, actually, should i ?

I believe M1 0w20 is only sold in the quart size....and my guess is that 0w20 cost more to make....5 qt.jugs would just be to expensive....possibly more than M1 EP.
