videos of gas vs Lucas vs TCW3 burning difference

Notice how once you got closer to the candle with both Lucas and TCW3 that the flames were more violent?

Perhaps a retest of all 3, measured to the same distance and spraying at different rates at a closer/farther distance for comparison.

Feel free to do it!

+1, I thought this forum was about internal combustion engines.

What exactly are you saying? No gasoline combustion in ICE?

Last night Viscon burned same or better as Lucas and I also recorded that but quality was poor due to low lighting.

Please tell me if you see a difference (I think there is but need unbiased opinion).

Thanks!

FJ,

I would to like to thank you for what you have done here.

With a keen eye and attention to detail, The differences can be seen.

Thanks Again, Jim

+1 It was a cool experiment and, at least to my eye, TC-W3 had the cleanest burn.

LOL, I probably purchased the last available bottle back in 2006 and didn't use it up as I was not convinced I saw a difference in my cars. Than, I almost forgot about it.

I actually checked that you can purchase HMW PIB samples from chemical companies $50 a pop. It would require a lot of work to put it in solution.

Another idea I had was to recycle well used chewing gum, but not sure about purity of PIB.

Keep in mind the patent holder is now claiming that low MW PIB works just as well as HMW PIB.

I posted about it in interesting papers section several months ago.

I would like to see the Viscon video with better lighting, I have a supply of Viscon and plan to dyno test it at the community college I attend this fall. Taking a failed California smog test vehicle in for a retest tomorrow after running a tank of fuel with Viscon at recommended ratios in it, so we will see.

Great! Thanks for all that effort. Would be interesting to see MMO treated gas in that same test as well.

I think TCW3 has less black smoke. the gasoline has most explosive burning.
I appreciate you sharing the experiment and result. please be careful, a friend of mine got burn badly few years back; he was using small, tony bottle and fire to eliminate pest. the bottle that contain the liquid, the flame travel to the bottle (dont know how...), and vapour in the bottle ignited, and explode, splashing buring liquid over him. he had to stay in hospital for a few weeks, then rehab.
