For those who don't know. I took two oil samples and sent them to two different labs for analysis. This is the result from the second sample.

The first sample can be viewed here: First oil sample performed by Oilcheck PTY. LTD.

This sample is much better. Especially the TBN, which better reflects the amount of kilometres on the oil. I think I'll stick with using Roktex from now on.

Flagged data does not indicate an immediate need for maintenance action.

Continue to observe the trend and monitor equipment and fluid conditions.

Abrasives (silicon/dirt) are at a MINOR LEVEL; Base Number is SLIGHTLY LOW.

Infrared results indicate beginning lube oxidation;
 
The TBN seems to be much more in line with this kind of run. The good thing to look at is in both samples your engine looks good and oil did the job well. Thanks for taking the time, effort and money to post two UOA's!
