I recently came into the posession (more or less inherited) about 8 or 9 small premeasured bottles of Shindaiwa 2 cycle oil that's of unknown age or provenance. (no specs or anything on the bottles)

I'm kind of hesitant to use it in my new trimmer or chainsaw, so I'm wondering what I can do with it instead of just throwing it away.

Any ideas?

Dump small amounts of it into your car gas tank as a upper-cylinder lubricant. Won't do any harm, and MAY make the engine run smoother....try it!

same as above. no issues here. been doing it since first of the year on three cars. 4oz. per week. all three running smooth as silk.

Another vote for putting in your gas tank.

I'm using up some old 2-cycle TC3W (marine) oil in small quantities added to my lawn mower gas. That's another option.
