They are quite agile, even our '06 RT. Was out in it about an hour ago, and it handles extremely well with factory Road and Track performance package and the Michelin Pilot AS3's on it.

Ha ha ha ha...yep...exactly!

If our northern neighbors poke fun a it, you KNOW you have a problem. At the end of the day, the Ridgeline was a vehicle for folks who wanted to pretend like they had a truck and were not butch enough to own a Baja.

Since you have a Fit...

The Ridgeline fits the use of "proper" much more than a full size pickup I owned (vast overkill). I really don't see why you call it a "toy"....other than being smug.

Plenty of things the Ridge can do with the bed that an SUV or family minivan can not. You'd really need to be stretching the facts an awful lot to say that....and actually believe it.

Relax! It was meant as a joke, but I just forgot to put the smiley face in there.

If you're happy with the vehicles you have, that's all that matters, no matter what some mean Canadian says on an internet forum

I agree with the trailer thing actually, if you have the room.

I have a 4x8 flat trailer that I bolted on a 2012 Dodge Ram truck bed onto. I use either my grandpa's Jeep or Trailblazer to pull it. Perfect Home Depot machine, and it hauls my ATV out to the desert.

Nothing to do with pretending anything. You need to look at those that buy far more truck than they need....nor even know how to properly operate them. I see more ego-strokers driving around in shiny, empty big trucks than I do guys that drive Ridgelines. Also these trogs are often stuck in the ditch the first time it snows....as I wave by in my "pretend" truck while I wave a Japanese flag.

The Fit? I wouldn't be so foolish to tow with it.

The Tundra is a large, 1/2 ton full size truck. It is significantly bigger and heavier than a Charger. I personally own the Tundra that is listed in my signature and drive a Hemi Charger for work.

It's still a 17 foot car. It's not the first vehicle that comes to mind when space is a concern.

Hyperbole is a common element in humor.

I was hoping there was a bit of humor thrown in there.

I guess what I meant was mainly the weight difference.. My Tundra is 5,493 pounds empty. The AWD Hemi Charger is listed at 4,280 pounds. Combine that with the added height of the Tundra and the Charger feels much smaller. I experience it everyday at work.

It's all in good fun! The car I grab the keys to the most when I'm home is a mere 3 inches longer than your Charger, but only weighs 200lbs less than your Tundra.

For the OP, I suspect he needs the car to be smaller versus feel smaller. Both would be a plus. Since you're ok with used...

Well yes, that is to be expected, the Ridgeline has never sold well

I'm not sure if this is sarcasm or psychosis but if you seriously make it a point to carry around a Japanese flag just so you can wave it at stupid people that drive normal trucks and end up in the ditch you may want to seek the advice of a therapist. This is a far greater affliction than what you perceive those hauling air in their F-150 are suffering from.

Twice in once thread that hyperbole, or intentional exaggeration, was taken seriously.

Why's everyone so testy? Is there something in the water?

OP, are you still with us? I would recommend an extended test drive; see if the Charger fits where you want it to fit. Have you considered a Taco or Canyon/Colorado?

Ha ha ha...no, I don't carry around a Japanese flag...ha ha ha ha. That is exactly what I imagine some big truck owners see when I drive by them.

I like all different kinds of vehicles...and really don't care at all what people choose to drive. If they want a huge truck and use it for nothing more than a few bags of groceries...that's fine and really none of my business. I just get sooooo tired of the negative slights or thinly veiled jabs at a persons masculinity because of what vehicle they drive...especially when it is a Ridgeline. My impression is a lack of self confidence causes the jabs. Jokes are fine, but many times people say they are joking in order to get away with being insulting. It's like that almost any time the Ridgeline is mentioned. I'm beginning to know what Prius must feel like!

It's the way it is now...we have a well known presidential candidate that reflects who we are now, do we not? It's sad...and I am guilty of it as well...from a defensive standpoint.

Fair enough, I was concerned you might be nuts, that's why I asked
