Totally discriminatory and unconstitutional

Wouldn't this be totally illegal here? I'm not sure what country it is, but the speed limit sign seems very Euro (in an anglo way). The terrain and flora ecosystem looks a little too dry for England, so I'm guessing it might be Australian.

If they caught you you'd get a huge fine and they'd lack humor in the situation.

Probably charge you with "interfering with government administration" or "disabling a traffic safety device".

One stretch of highway that I used to frequent had aereal speed checks...someone doctored the sign to read "Pigs in Space"

There was a sign near here.
Canadian road signs often have graphic icons to depict local attractions ie. swimming, boat ramp, camping etc. but someone added a stylized graphic of someone having 'a relationship' with a Sheep!
It was so well done it was several months before the sign was replaced.
