Not something you want to cheap-out on! Falling head first into a engine bay can cause some really serious injuries.

The shop I work at has a Topside Creeper, I don't really care for it as I like to have my legs spread apart a little to reduce strain on my calf muscles & knees (I'm tall at 6'4" & slightly bow-legged)
The shorter guys in the shop prefer the Topside...... HERE
 
I've had the Traxion topside creeper for about 3 years now. Traxion has a few different variants. I think I pad about $200. For me, these topside creepers are much more valuable than the underbody creepers.
