TNN and NASCAR Race 08-21-05

Sorry-This is my first time to post and it ended up on 'Gas and Oil', and not on general and off topic. Recorded the NASCAR Race today as I always do so I can watch it in the evening and skip over the commercials and watch it in 1/2 the time. Last time I recorded the sound was all staticy and today the sound is in Spanish and English-the Spanish is the loudest, but all the commercials are English. Have checked my pre-sets and all is O.K. My question---is TNN and their sponsers trying to discourage recording, or is Comcast screwing me as usual. Can record on other channels (VCR), and no problems. Thanks

Did you check your audio menu to be sure it was on STEREO, not SAP or BOTH. Be sure the audio menus on your vcr AND tv are set to STEREO. That should fix your problem.
The race you taped today probably won't work right as far as audio but next time it will when you tape.
Did Mayfield win the Spanish version also ??
