Lamb loin chops....I think they are my favourite meat. A bit fatty, so reply for to watch them with the charcoal.
Prawns.. marinated with lots or pineapple sage (from the garden) some olive oil, chilli, touch of curry powder.
Turned out ok...flies are amazingly prevalent...but they are what they are.
If you double skewer them raw, the dead soldiers fall off when they cook. ..a decent tepinyake they cook the heads and they turn out awesome
