Oh, duh, I misread the time of day (17:49) in your screenshot as your 5K time.That’s excellent, just like Ben Jonson in his prime; my best I’d say is 24min; nowadays 28min; doing it comfortably at 30min
You may ask why?!? Because I got go back to work on Monday
I'd be thrilled to run a 5K in 28 minutes now!
My last one in 2017 was just under 30 minutes, and then I broke my leg skiing in early 2018, so that was it for running. I miss it - even though I got fat and slow with age, there was a great joy in going out doing a 4K loop of the neighbourhood.
