Not that anybody should care what a dunce like me thinks. But I just have to say, how thoroughly impressed I am, with all of the changes made to the ARX website. It is much cleaner now both in appearance and function.
It is obvious that the ARX team has been listening to people, and it is also clear, that they work together very well. It is now much easier to navigate the site to get information and find answers, and one look around the forum shows, that the ARX team is not just trying to drum up business, but rather they are soliciting customer feedback, making a real effort to keep their consumer base, both well informed and an integral part of ongoing product application research and development. Further, I think it obvious, that the ARX TEAM does so in a way which is very responsible, and clearly they are not merely in pursuit of making money. If I wore a hat, it would be off to all of you guys. I am totally impressed.
Taking an overview of the ongoing work of the ARX team, in field testing of product applications and the constantly improving effort made by them, to give prompt and helpful customer feedback, advice and guidance; it is undeniably clear that the ARX TEAM remains both a cutting edge and highly viable company, providing a needed and highly effective product.
I am very grateful to all involved, because even an idiot like me can easily remain informed enough, to make the most of ARX. So thanks you guys, for all of your hard work, and thanks to Frank also of course, for being wise enough to listen to his team and remaining so flexible and level headed.
