I have used Dyson Analysis for just about all my vehicles and some friends as well. He is "The Man" always explains in terms that I understand and has read my engines to a "T" as in how they are operating. Fast turn around service and that means a ton to me. Unlike OA that do not seem to care about their customers in such slow turn around times. Terry has always answered my questions and his suggestions have fixed my issues. Thanks Terry for "Super Service".
Shanneba asked;, "What lab in Houston? I would like to check them out?"
Please contact me directly, the contract lab is restricted in doing business directly with anyone else but Dyson Analysis in automotive applications by our agreement. Please contact me and I will send you answers to your questions.
I got tired of past labs competing against me and stealing my customers! Then leaving them with a wanting feeling with what was a pitifully limited interpretation.
I guess I have to add a little something. When Terry gives you advice based on a UOA you will learn something. When you get a second analysis down the road on the same car you will learn more. His basic fees are worth more than he charges in my opinion.
Now if you take it a step further and send him more information for comparison purposes and have back and forth discussions you will get charged much more. I paid $250 recently.
It was worth every penny for this advanced level of personal education. After all, you pay for courses in college. Education is not cheap. The question is what did you get out of it.
I am a site sponsor because I do a lot of reading here, most recently in the coolant section as I have been studying this topic more these days.
I learn stuff every day so I feel I should contribute to the people who keep this site going. If it was not for this site where would we all be with our own level of knowledge?
Should we not be doing all we can to educate others?
Adding my two bits: Terry provides an outstanding service. I've learned much about my engines, and the info has helped me make some good decisions that would have been mere guesses (or worse) otherwise.
