Aside from the gap being two times larger than what is spec'd for a Tracker, do you see anything abnormal? These are autolite coppers that came out of the tracker when I bought it, I received no maintenance history. Denso Platinum TT's went in. This is also the first time I felt marked improvement in acceleration (smoothness) from a plug change.

And back in the old days when you swapped out your old worn out plugs and put Splitfires in,you would be able to spin the tires and smoke them up....at least thats what their ads used to show.

Other than being the cheapest thing possible, probably purchased from Wally World, they look like used plugs.

Good job on buying better quality plugs, they should last a Lot longer than these cheap things shown.

Old plugs look decent. I always laugh at the Autolite naysayers. They are the best thing to run in 3800s, NA or SC. I have them in both cars/engines right now.

We use Autolites a lot at work. They are an excellent general purpose plug. Obviously some applications are ok with Autolite coppers such as a 94 Corolla vs a 2008 Corolla. Your mileage will vary, lol.

Personally I don't SEE much wrong with them.
In the Good Ol Days I would re-gap them and reuse them.

FWTW Yesterday I had Plug Die on me, in a Lawn Mower.
No spark, and for no visible reason.
New plug works fine.

This has happened 5 times in my life. On each occasion the culprit has been a Champion plug!

Despite the fact I try quite hard not to use Champion plugs (so I really don't encounter them that often)

They look fine other than the bit of deposit formation happening on the one on the far left. Typical colouring for a plug from an EFI engine.

Maybe a touch on the lean side as mentioned, but not bad. You did upgrade to a much better plug. The basic autolite is pretty bottom rung, but I have always liked their upper tier plugs.
