I got my gallon of FP60 last week, and since I had an empty Amsoil PI bottle, I figured I'd use it to store the FP60 for when I fill up, since it has ounce measurements on it. So I put 16 ounces in there, and after about 2-3 days of sitting, the lower half of the bottle (where the bulk of FP60 is) was not solid, instead it was soft and flimsy, but was not leaking.
The FP60 does not look any different, but does it have anything in there that would break down (any better word choices?) the plastic of the Amsoil PI bottle? Has anyone had any similar experiences like this with other types of bottles?
I have a Fuel Stabil bottle which I plan to use in the same manner, will update if anything crazy happens.
